Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1) I ask you to indicate the cost for:
- 1 linear meter of hydrodynamic cleaning of sewer collectors in areas with a diameter of 100 to 600 mm in accordance with the approved TK
- 1 m3 of tank sludge cleaning in accordance with the approved TK

2) The winner of this closed request for proposals is determined by the following parameters:

- the lowest cost for 1 running meter of hydrodynamic cleaning of sewer collectors in territories with a diameter of 100 to 600 mm, 1 m3 of cleaning the sludge of tanks

- the term of work according to the TOR.

- approval of the submitted accounting and registration documents by the Tender Committee of JSC NMGK.

- the order of payment according to the TK.


This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil legal obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
