Auto-extension

Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial proposal;
2. The following documents must be attached to the commercial offer:

1. Certificates and licenses;
2. Information letter about the company;
3. TIN of the organization;
4. OGRN organization;
5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not older than 1 month);
6. Order, Protocol on the appointment of the Director;
7. Enterprise charter;
8. Balance sheet for 2018 and 2019;
9. Income tax returns for the last 2 reporting periods;
10. Tax declarations for VAT tax for the last 2 reporting periods;
11. Certificate of calculations of taxes and fees, certified by the tax office (not older than 1 month);
12. Reference list for the last 3 years;
13. Letter on the absence of circumstances preventing participation in the tender;
14. Consent to the processing of personal data;
15. Consent to tax secrets.
