Comments:
To participate in the procurement procedure, it is mandatory to back up the commercial offer, with a signature and seal on the letterhead of the organization.
In the KP, you must specify the following:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Work completion period (in calendar days)
3. Payment terms
4. Experience with Rusagro Group - years, on the market - years
5. Product expiration date guarantees

It is necessary to attach constituent documents to the commercial offer (certified INN, OGRN, Charter, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, an order on the appointment of the head), Licenses.

The standard contract is supported in the bidding documentation.

The proposals stated in this procedure, without a Commercial offer supported by Lots, will not be considered.
