Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:An advance in the amount of ... (....... ..)% of the price of this agreement shall be transferred by the Customer to the Contractor within 10 (Ten) business days from the date the Customer receives a bank guarantee from the Contractor. The guarantee should be issued by the bank - the guarantor from the list of banks accepted by the Company - Appendix 4 of the procurement documentation.
Payment for work performed and accepted by the Customer is made monthly on the basis of an invoice within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of work performed (form KS-2) and a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3) .
Delivery terms:1. Start - tentatively 01/01/2020
Ending - 09/01/2020
2. Work is carried out at the address: Ozersk, Chelyabinsk region, st. Semenova, 5. The city of Ozersk is a closed territorial entity with access control;
3. According to the approved working documentation and estimated calculations;
4. Equipment - supply of the General Contractor;
5. Materials - supply of the General Contractor;
6. Signing of the contract, in the form of Appendix 3 of the procurement documentation published on B2B

Квалификационные требования к Подрядчику:Наличие аналогичного опыта выполнения работ:
- не менее 3 проектов капитальному ремонту на объектах культурно-просветительского назначения (дома культуры, театры, муз.школы)
- опыт реализованных проектов по монтажу светозвукового и сценического оборудования;
Минимальная стоимость работ, не превышающая стоимость сметного расчета
Наличие в штате специалистов, состоящих в НОСТРОЙ
Сотрудники и специалисты, работающие на стройплощадке - строго граждане РФ!!!
