Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Contract performance security:В случае авансирования обязательным условием является предоставление банковской гарантии. Все расходы по оформлению обеспечительных мер ложатся на Исполнителя и должны быть учтены в Коммерческом предложении. Обязательно указать в Коммерческом предложении наименование Банка-гаранта. Банк-гарант должен входить в ТОП-10 банков России. Указать срок отсрочки платежа, в случае необходимости.
Коммерческое предложение должно учитывать все затраты Подрядчика на пребывание своих сотрудников на территории Приморского края (суточные, командировочные, перелет, проживание, питание, проезд к местам строительства и т.д. во время осуществления монтажных и пусконаладочных работ).
Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
