Ingredient offers (1-5) are considered only with comprehensive service (6-7) see. TZ! A KP (Appendix 1), Questioner and other documentation must be attached to the application. This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This solicitation procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this price request procedure does not impose a corresponding amount of civil liability on the Customer.
