Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment method - non-cash form of payment.
During the month in which consumption is made, the Consumer pays for the consumed electrical energy (power) in the following order:
- an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the actual volume of consumption by the 10th day of the billing month.
Location and terms of delivery:The Agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing, begins to be executed by the Parties at 00-00 o'clock on the day of receipt by the ESS of the right to dispose of electrical energy at the points of delivery of the Consumer and is valid until 24:00 pm on December 31, 20___. The contract is considered to be prolonged for each subsequent calendar year, if 30 days before its expiration, none of the Parties receives an application for its termination, or amendment, or the conclusion of a new contract. If one of the Parties before the expiration of the Agreement has made a proposal to amend or conclude a new agreement, then the relations of the Parties prior to the conclusion of a new agreement shall be regulated in accordance with the terms of the previously concluded Agreement.

Requirements for the format of the commercial proposal:
1. Power supply contract draft.
2. Fill in Appendix No. 1, which contains a list of the regions of the Customer's presence by lots - constituent entities of the Russian Federation (Proposal of the bidder for a discount on the price of the state enterprise for the supply of electricity).
3. Consider the main preferential terms for the draft energy supply contract.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to the prohibition of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal entities. obligations with the customer at the choice of the supplier.
