The requirements are specified in the terms of reference (see bid documentation).
The contractor's license for security services is a prerequisite for submitting an bid for participation.

When forming the cost, take into account the provision of food.

The composition of the bid for participation:
1. A commercial offer indicating the cost of relocation, payment terms, date of readiness for the start of work.
2. License for security services.
3. Reference List.
4. Constituent documents (Charter, decision on the election of the State Duma, order on the appointment of an accountant, power of attorney for the signatory (if necessary), book. balance of 2023, reference beneficiaries, staff placement, for IP: certificate of TIN, SNILS).

The term of validity of the commercial offer: 90 calendar days.
