ATTENTION! The answer to this information request must be submitted in presentation format (with attachments and attachments) certified by the company seal.
Mandatory conditions for participants:
- Confirmation of the integrator's readiness to participate in the request for proposals for the implementation of the Project
- Contact details of the company representative with attached power of attorney to sign the documentation
- Signed NDA according to the Customer's form (in attachment)
- Information about the company (total staff of the company, the number of subdivisions for work with supply chains and implementation of SAP TM), presence of a representative office in the Russian Federation
- Experience in implementing SAP TM solutions in the Russian Federation or other countries in companies that manage a fleet of more than 500 own vehicles
- Work experience and work experience of the project manager, team leads, architects and business experts of the team (at least 10 people in total) in projects related to the implementation of SAP TM (at least 3 years) - you must attach a CV of the participants
- Ability to allocate at least 30 people to implement the project
- Confirmation of readiness to conduct reference calls / visits with clients with experience of successful projects of SAP TM solution implementation
- Readiness for project management and documentation in Russian

EDS is not required
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
