Payment terms:
By submitting a commercial offer, you agree to these payment terms:
Payment within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of services rendered. The single payment day is Thursday.
Delivery terms:
The contract is valid for 12-24 months, the service delivery period is 12-24 months, 24/7.
1) To get acquainted with the Procurement documentation: terms of reference in the World document format and an Excel table;
2) Fill out the form for a commercial offer (Excel file ("TK cleaning object Ozone Rostov-on-Don Krasnodar Yekaterinburg Tver(to fill in)
") with an indication of the price without VAT (specify if you work on the USN) of the equipment used, information about the company.
3) send the openbook according to the approved format attached to this application. The amount in the calculation must match the amount of the commercial offer.

Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требования к коммерческому предложению:
Предложения подаются исключительно на площадке b2b.
Коммерческое предложение участника должно включать заполненную таблицу в формате Excel строго с соблюдением приложенной формы (форма корректировке не подлежит).
Коммерческие предложения, поданные в другом формате, рассматриваться не будут.
Цены указываются без НДС.
Оговорка:
Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
Оговорка 2.:
Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
