The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru and provision of product samples to the Customer.
2. Telephone conferences with applicants (conf-call).
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.
Initial participation in tendering procedures on the website www.b2b-center.ru is possible with promo codes (FREE).
A request for a promo code is possible only after registration on the e-marketplace B2B-Center. Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the advance registration on the B2B-Center ETP.
To receive a promo code, you must write a request to the mail: bolgarovaaa@pik-comfort.ru indicating the name of the tender, the name of the company and the TIN of the company.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay the subscription fee in accordance with the selected tariff on the B2B-Center ETP.
4. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER:
In the technical and commercial proposal, you must fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is required!
In the table "Qualification information", you must strictly select / fill in the values from those suggested in brackets (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal it is FORBIDDEN (!!!) to change the values in all cells, except for the green ones!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Completed "Excel" format - must be completed (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format.
Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application on the site of the electronic trading center "b2b".
Attention!
All contractors of Mayak LLC must have permission to work with the Mayak Group of Companies.

Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
