2. Conference calls with applicants.
3. Collection of refined technical and commercial proposals.

Initial participation in the bidding procedures on www.b2b-center.ru is possible using promo codes (FREE).

You can only request a promo code after you register for ETP B2V-Center. Therefore, please note that advance registration for ETP B2V-Center.

To receive the promo code, please send a request to averjanovaaa@pik-comfort.ru with the name of the tender, company name and company TIN.

In the future, you will need to pay the subscription fee according to the selected B2V-Center ETP tariff.

4. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL OFFER:

In the technical and commercial proposal, all the cells highlighted in green must be filled in: company name, qualification information, etc.
The Qualification Information table is mandatory!

In the Qualification Information table, you must strictly select/fill in values from the parentheses (...).
The technical and commercial offer is PROHIBITED (!!!) change values in all cells except green!

The technical offer must be sent in two formats:
1. Excel Filled Format — Required (no need to be certified);
2. The scan is in pdf format.

Technical and commercial offers must be attached to the bid at the b2b e-bidding centre site.

Attention!
All Mayak LLC counterparties must have clearance to work with Majak Group.
