1. TENDER REFERENCE INFORMATION
The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru.
2. Telephone conferences with applicants (conf call).
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.

Initial participation in tender procedures on the website www.b2b-center.ru is possible according to promo codes (FREE OF CHARGE).
Request for a promo code is possible only after registration at the electronic B2B-Center. Therefore, we draw your attention to the early registration on the electronic B2B-Center.
To receive a promotional code, you must write a request by e-mail: bolgarovaaa@pik-comfort.ru indicating the name of the tender, the name of the company and the company TIN.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay a subscription fee according to the selected tariff for the electronic B2B-Center.

IMPORTANT!

This tender is divided into 19 lots. You can submit your technical and commercial proposals for the entire volume of the tender, as well as for the lots that interest you.

When applying for a lot, you must apply for the entire volume of the lot, and indicate the tariff for all types of services played out in the lot.

Winners of the tender will be selected for each lot separately.

Each lot is given the requirements for staffing and technical equipment. Please carefully read the file "Requirements and information on the lots"

The requirements for the services provided are given in the Terms of Reference for this tender.

In the event of a change in the number of facilities in operation of the management companies indicated in the tender documentation, the address list of the serviced facilities will be updated before signing the contracts with the winners of the tender.

Please visit the facilities for which you plan to apply. To agree on a visit schedule, please contact the Operations Manager. The contact details of the managers are presented in the file "Contacts of the managers".

4. INFORMATION ON USE OF THE FILE "Requirements and information on lots"

The file "Requirements and Information on Lots" contains the information necessary for setting the tariff:
• full address list for lots;
• complete information for each MKD;
• staffing requirements and technical equipment;
• frequency of services;
• etc.

IMPORTANT!

The table for each lot presents the area. The calculation of the contract value will be made from the cleaned area (for services), namely, in the table they are called: "MOS area total", "Parking area", "Garbage chamber area", "PT area". The total values of these areas by lot are located in the first column "Name" in each lot.

Note! The accrued area, the area of the 1st and 2nd floors MOS in the table are presented additionally for information (do not participate in the calculations).


In the file, each excel sheet is a lot. In each lot in the group of objects are formed by the Operation Services, which can be hidden and disclosed. And also grouped information on the frequency of services.


3. INFORMATION FOR COMPLETING AND SENDING THE TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL (file "Application for participation"):

The technical and commercial offer is grouped by lots.
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, tariff, qualification information.

The table "Qualification information" is required!
In the table "Qualification information" you need to strictly select / fill out the values proposed in brackets (...).

In the technical and commercial proposal it is FORBIDDEN (!!!) to change the values in all cells except the green ones!

The technical and commercial proposal must be attached to the electronic trading platform in two formats:
1. Filled-in format "Excel" - necessarily filled out (it does not need to be certified)
2. Scan in pdf format. For this it is necessary.

Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application at the site of the electronic trading center "b2b". Link to the site - https://www.b2b-center.ru/.
