The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru and the provision of product samples to the Customer.
2. Telephone conferences with applicants (conf-call).
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.
Initial participation in tender procedures on the website www.b2b-center.ru is possible with promo codes (FREE).
A request for a promo code is possible only after registration on the B2B-Center ETP. Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the advance registration on the B2B-Center ETP.
To receive a promo code, you must write a request to the mail: bolgarovaaa@pik-comfort.ru indicating the name of the tender, the name of the company and the TIN of the company.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay the subscription fee in accordance with the selected tariff for the B2B-Center ETP.
IMPORTANT!
The facilities are given the requirements for the staffing table, technical equipment and the frequency of services. Please carefully read the Terms of Reference and the file "Information about objects (SPb)". There are 2 tabs (sheets) in the file.
In the event of a change in the number of objects in operation of the management company specified in the tender documents, the address list of serviced objects will be updated before signing an agreement with the winners of the tender.
We ask you to visit the objects for which you plan to apply. To agree on a schedule of a visit, please contact a technical representative using the contact details.
In the table of the file "Information about objects (St. Petersburg)" for each object are presented areas: accrued and removed. The calculation of the cost of the contract will be made on the basis of the accrued area (for services) The table shows the areas to be cleaned: "MOP", "parking lots", "garbage chambers", "PT".
4. INFORMATION ON FILLING IN AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER:
In the technical and commercial proposal, you must fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is required!
In the table "Qualification information", you must strictly select / fill in the values from those proposed in brackets (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal it is FORBIDDEN (!!!) to change the values in all cells, except for the green ones!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Completed "Excel" format - must be completed (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format.
Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application on the site of the electronic trading center "b2b".
