1. BACKGROUND INFORMATION ABOUT THE TENDER
The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru .
2. Google Meet telephone conferences with bidders.
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.

2. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, prices, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is mandatory! In the "Qualification data" table, you need to strictly select/fill in the values from the ones offered in parentheses (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is FORBIDDEN ( !!!) to change the values in all cells except green!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled in Excel format – must be filled in (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. To do this, you need:
Print the completed offer in A4 format, so that the prices are visible.
 certify the technical and commercial proposal, necessarily indicating the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
 scan the certified file (A4 format).
3. Please attach a card with the company's details to the TAP

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 17:00 on February 03, 2023.
Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application on the site of the electronic bidding center "b2b". Link to the site – https://www.b2b-center.ru / .

All contractors of LLC "Mayak" must have a permit to work with GC Mayak.
To do this, you must be accredited on the PEAK Comfort website by following the link: https://tender.pik-comfort.ru/accreditation/user .
