File with technical specifications and questionnaires to fill out:
• Tab "Terms of Reference" - information required for familiarization. By participating in the tender, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described in the statement of work.
• Tab "Supplier Questionnaire" - it is necessary to fill in the cells highlighted in color. The questionnaire is required to verify the data on the tenderer
• The tab "General Information" - a survey on how you have organized the process of providing services.
Select an answer from the drop-down list, if possible, and make comments, if necessary.
Fill in the tabs and send a response to this request no later than 05/07/2020.

File with routes and KP template:

• Tab "routes" - contains estimated routes and passenger flow.
Only 7 main routes and 4 alternate (mandatory for miscalculation).
Routes that will be put into effect in June and July are highlighted in orange (route 1, 2)
Green - routes operating from August to December (1,3,4,5,6,7-routes)
Blue- routes - possible additional routes that are mandatory for miscalculation.
Routes and volume of buses will be adjusted depending on the load directions in the first months of operation.
Estimated passenger flow is indicated in the table above the routes.
• KP request template - it will be necessary to fill in: company name, types of proposed buses, tariffs for the services offered, binding to a flight or mileage. Send a response to this request no later than 05/05/2020
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
