Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Suppliers!

You can repeatedly improve your offers before the deadline.

1) Number of layouts See layout More detailed file "Application 8" (attach necessarily filled file to KP).

2) The suppliers that cover all positions are considered. Other commercial proposals will not be accepted.

3) requires an annual volume contractor with fixed rates of at least 1 year (36 periods). You can change the number of periods.

4) The printing and delivery of Rome is carried out directly to the outlets themselves.

5) Term of printing and delivery – 7 calendar days (5 working days), i.e. descent into printing on Friday till the end of the day, delivery next Friday.
It is necessary to take into account periods when delivery is necessary during holidays (03.05.19)

6) Frequency of printing and delivery: Since March 15, 2019 printing and delivery once in two weeks, from May 2019-printing and delivery every week.
Total number of printing and delivery periods per year – 36 periods (see annex).

EDS is not required.
