Dear Bidders! As part of the bid, you must attach:
1. The proposed solution in accordance with the Terms of Reference. The decision is drawn up in an understandable, readable, arbitrary form with an indication of all the goods, works, and services necessary for Call for Bidding.
2. The cost of the solution in accordance with the Technical and Commercial Proposal form (see attachment).
3. The completed and signed form of the counterparty's Questionnaire (see attachment).
4. Statutory documents in accordance with the Technical and Commercial Proposal form.
5. Other documents at your discretion, necessary to confirm your competencies, status, etc.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
