This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer. To consider a commercial proposal, you must provide:
1. This statement of work and its annexes with comments on compliance Yes / No.

3. Schedule of delivery and execution of work. Appendix 2_Table and Warranty Chart.
4. PID flow chart indicating delivery boundaries, its description and specification.
5. Technical description of the offer. Technical and design characteristics of equipment, materials used.
6. The proposal should indicate the need for energy (electricity, water, compressed air, etc.), as well as other auxiliary and consumables during normal operation.
7. Reference list confirming the experience of performing such work.

The lack of required documents is the basis for reducing the tender evaluation
