2. INFORMATION ON FILLING IN AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is mandatory! In the table of "Qualification information" it is necessary to strictly select / fill in the values proposed in parentheses (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal IT is FORBIDDEN (!!!) change the values in all cells except the green ones!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. The filled–in "Excel" format is mandatory (it does not need to be certified);
2. Scan in pdf format. For this it is necessary:
Print the completed offer in A4 format.
to certify the technical and commercial proposal, necessarily with the indication of the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
Scan the certified file (A4 format).
3. Please attach a card with company details to the Technical and Commercial Proposal
Bids for participation in the tender are accepted until 16:00 on 04/22/2024.
