The prices of works, services and materials included in the estimated cost are agreed with the OMTS and DKS of the customer.

In case of disagreement to the customer's LSR, the participant shall make the protocol of disagreements to the estimated calculation (with the indication of the changes by positional) in the tender proposal.
Delivery terms:According to the technical specification (Adj. 1 to the notice), the defective statement (adj. 1.1 to TK.), LSR (adj. 1.2 to TK).

Works are carried out on the territory of the existing enterprise – Hazardous production facility.

All works related to delivery, complete with materials, equipment and mechanisms are provided by the contractor's forces.
