Формат закупочной процедуры:Закупочная процедура проводится в 2 этапа:

1 этап: Сбор заявок на участие в торгах с информацией об опыте и ресурсах;

2 этап: Торги на понижение начальной стоимости ЛСР, выставленной на закупочную процедуру. В коммерческом предложении, Участник предлагает понижающий коэффициент к каждому ЛСР, который будет зафиксирован в договоре с победителем и применяться ко всем локальным сметам (сводному сметному расчету) при определении начальной цены договора и в дальнейшем при расчете итоговой цены договора.
