Requirements for the performance of work:
1. Warranty obligations, readiness to come and fix the malfunction at any time if something fails after their repair.
2. The deadline for execution is no more than 3 weeks.
3. Adjustment of valves after the run-in period.
4. Contractor's spare parts

Priority is given to proposals from companies that are ready to start work in the near future.

Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer.
The Technical and Commercial Proposal form is required to be completed.
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
