Briefly on working conditions:
Advance payment – 15% of the sum of the CMP
Closing of CS – 2 times a month
Warranty retention - 2 %
Compensation for accommodation is provided +476 rubles per 1m3
Compensation is provided for warming up +611 rubles per 1 m3 in winter
Compensation is provided for the installation and dismantling of the tower crane in the amount of 2.4 million rubles.
Compensation for the greenhouse is provided, you need to provide a calculation of the cost of installing the greenhouse. We will coordinate it and pay for it separately.
Supply of the main material (concrete, reinforcement) – 100% nomination. The AIRCRAFT Group Call for Bidding Department is holding a tender for delivery, as a result of which the winner is determined. Further, this Supplier enters into a direct supply contract with the Contractor. After that, the contractor submits an bid through the S.Materials electronic service for the supply of materials (distribution) and the AIRCRAFT Group pays for this delivery.
Water and electricity – an access point is provided. Payment by meters at all-Russian tariffs without extra charge from the Developer.
A place for a household town is provided.
All other expenses are for the contractor.


The AIRCRAFT Group is ready to conclude an agreement on the condition of working at approved partner rates. Alternative rates are not considered. 2. Mandatory passage of accreditation from the AIRCRAFT Group of Companies for partner.samolet.ru,
3. Annual turnover of 200 million rubles for 2022 or 2023
