Payment terms:Payment for services under this Agreement is carried out by the Customer by transferring funds to the Freight Forwarder's account specified in the Agreement, with a deferred payment of 45 (forty five) calendar days, after signing the act of services rendered and providing correct payment documents, but not earlier than the onset of a single payment day. Thursday is the only payment day.

Comments:
2. FTL from Ozone warehouse to pickup point:
2.1. The first tab is the current tariffs without VAT, which we are currently working on. On the second tab, indicate your rates. Without VAT. I highlighted in yellow those zones for each city that we are most using now. Basically, these are 1 and 2 zones.
2.2. Shipment from the warehouse daily from 8:00 to 10:00
2.3. Delivery to the pickup point on the same day until 16:00 (up to the 8th tariff zone). Further on the eighth zone, delivery the next day until 16:00, or as agreed with the responsible logisticians.
2.4. 2-3 times a week at the pickup point it is necessary to collect the return flow. Which can be returned at the next loading at the SC. The rate must include return flow collection.
2.5. The rate must include services for forwarding, loading and unloading (at the pickup point), return of shipping documents with the seal and signature of the Recipient, date and time of acceptance of the goods, insurance.
