Payment terms:Payment for services under this Agreement is carried out by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Forwarder specified in the Agreement, with a deferred payment of 45 (forty five) calendar days, after the signing of the act of services rendered and the provision of correct payment documents, but not earlier than the onset of a single payment day. Thursday is the only payment day.

Comments:
In the attachment there are 2 files:
1.1. The first tab is the current tariffs without VAT, at which we are working now. On the second tab, indicate your rates. Without VAT.
1.2. Shipment from the warehouse daily according to the schedule
1.3. The round trip tariff must contain a return flow. Refunds are given at the next pickup.
1.4. The actual need for transport today:
To Omsk - 5-8 pallets
To Tomsk - 8-12 palls
Krasnoyarsk - 18 pallas with the prospect of 33 fell in October-November
In Kemerovo - 8 palls
To Barnaul - 8-12 palls
1.5. PRR forces OZONE
1.6. The rate must include services for forwarding, insurance, return of shipping documents with the seal and signature of the Recipient, the date and time of acceptance of the goods.
2. Delivery between warehouses Ozone long-distance transportation (AUTO / containers)
2.1. You must provide two rates: regular and expedited shipping. Indicate tariffs without VAT.
2.2. Tariff for direct and round trips without VAT.
2.3. Delivery times must be specified: regular and expedited delivery.
2.4 Warehouse addresses are indicated to the right of the table
2.5. If you are transporting by containers, fill in table 2.
2.6 The table shows the current rates. You need to indicate the rates for which you are ready to provide the service.
2.7. The delivery time must be indicated excluding the day of loading.
