Payment terms:Payment for services under this Agreement is carried out by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Forwarder specified in the Agreement, with a deferred payment of 45 (forty five) calendar days, after the signing of the act of services rendered and the provision of correct payment documents, but not earlier than the onset of a single payment day. Thursday is the only payment day.

The request is aimed at obtaining tariffs for the provision of transport services:
• Delivery between warehouses Ozone.
• Delivery to pickup point (points of issue of orders).

14.06 - 21.06 - collection of commercial proposals, documents.
06.22-23.06 - analysis of the received proposals. Coordination of online meetings.
06.24-27.06 - the second stage of the rebidding request.
June 28 - June 30 - selection of leaders, conclusion of Agreements

In the attachment:
1. Agreement template for reviewing the terms of cooperation.
o It is necessary to familiarize yourself with the terms of the contract and agree on the work on this form.

2. Template for filling in rates for delivery between Ozone warehouses. The attachment contains:
o current rates, you need to confirm the work at the specified rates or offer your own. Specify tariffs without VAT.
o transit time. Delivery time in hours, excluding loading time. Indicate the actual delivery time for which you are ready to carry out transportation.
o actual demand - the type of vehicle that is required / ordered now. At the time of the end of the tender, the demand may change, in this regard, please indicate the tariffs for all types of vehicles.
3. Template for filling in tariffs for delivery to the pickup point. You need to agree on the work at the current rates or offer your own. Specify tariffs without VAT. The attachment contains:
o tariff for delivery to the pickup point. It consists of two parts:
§ Basic fare - delivery up to 10 points along the route. The tariffs include services for forwarding, loading and unloading operations, return of shipping documents to the Customer with a seal, signature of the Recipient, with the date and time of acceptance and delivery of the cargo, collection of the return flow from the pickup point and delivery to the Customer's warehouse.
§ Tariff for an additional point. Each additional point of unloading, starting from the eleventh one, is charged separately.

* The distance is calculated by building a route from the Customer's warehouse to the settlements where unloading takes place based on the data provided by the Customer using publicly available routing systems, namely in the Yandex.Maps application.

o actual demand - the type of vehicle that is required / ordered now. At the time of the end of the tender, the demand may change, in this regard, please indicate the tariffs for all types of vehicles.
Delivery to PZV is carried out until 16:00.
4. Questionnaire of the request participant.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
Оговорка 2.:Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
