Two-stage purchase procedure

Payment terms:
Payment for services in 45 calendar days, after signing the act of the specified services and the provision of correct payment documents, but not earlier than the onset of a single payment day. Thursday is the single payment day.
We invite you to take part in the competition "Selection of a contractor for the provision of transport services for the transportation of KGT as part of a crew consisting of a driver-loader and a freight forwarder-loader" in the form of receiving commercial offers from potential contractors. Contracts will be signed with the Company LLC "Internet Solutions" (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
We ask you to familiarize yourself with the attached documentation:
1. Technical task.
2. Standard forwarding agreement.
3. Additional agreement for the delivery of KGT.
4. NDA.
To confirm further participation and for an automatic invitation to the 2nd stage of the tender, you must send your signed NDA (NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION) by 11.09.2021.
Services required in the context of this tender:
• Delivery of KGT goods to OZON clients (individuals).
• Loading / unloading goods, bringing them into the premises, adhering to service quality standards, working with the customer's mobile application, accepting orders in terms of quantity and quality, packing return goods if necessary, working with payment terminals.
Logistics details are described in the TOR for the tender.
KGT includes various household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, strollers, generators, bicycles, fragile goods, etc.).
Brief description of the terms of the tender:
1) Delivery of orders and returns is carried out in the following cities in the context of 5 delivery zones (the interval of each delivery zone is 50 km):
Moscow / Moscow region
Saint Petersburg / LO
Rostov-on-Don / region
Kazan / region
Yekaterinburg / region
2) Carrier (you) - pick up the goods from the warehouse and deliver them to addresses using the Customer's route planning system. The average planned number of addresses per day is 13.
3) In the event of returns, you return the goods to the original warehouse on the same or the next day as agreed with the Customer.
4) Delivery as soon as possible is required.
5) The minimum internal size of the body (booth) of the vehicle for the KGT is 230 cm high, 420 cm long, 210 cm wide (car capacity - 8-12 pallets, 3 tons and 5 tons). The weight of each order unit is from 35 to 85 kg, the average weight is 37 kg.
All requirements for transport, dimensions, as well as requirements for the Crew (Driver-loader + Forwarder-loader) are spelled out in the terms of reference.
6) Willingness to accept payment from customers using payment terminals is required.
7) The distance is calculated by building a route from the Customer's warehouse to the delivery addresses where unloading takes place based on the data provided by the Customer using the route building system.
8) Availability of a hot line (dispatch service), operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, capable of providing daily transport operation.
9) Availability of a civil liability insurance contract for a road carrier or forwarder.
10) Availability of due experience and competencies in working with the supply of KGT.
11) Confirmation of the possibility / readiness of connection to the client's telematics system - "Advantum" (http://advantum.ru)
Criteria for evaluation:
Companies that provide maximum coverage of delivery areas, attractive rates, as well as car warranties will be considered a priority.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Оговорка 2.:
Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
