Auto-extension

3. Please note that the monthly rate for 1 (one) visit for each network of partners in individual regions includes all the Contractor's expenses necessary to fulfill their obligations under the agreement in full and of proper quality.
4. Please note that the cost of the visit must be calculated for each individual region. The cost calculation should include all necessary expenses for organizing, conducting, monitoring visits of field teams to points of sale; monitoring the results of visits by the agency, setting up and supporting the operation of the control and reporting system with the possibility of client access; agency related expenses; agency commission.
5. The evaluation criteria include a. coverage by region; b. the minimum weighted average rate per visit for the submitted Commercial Proposal, for individual regions; c. the taxation system applied by Bidder N (OSNO or USN)
6. We ask you to submit all submitted forms for filling and signing by the specified deadline
