Dear Suppliers,
1. The validity period of the commercial offer must be at least 90 calendar days.
2. The commercial offer is accepted strictly according to the terms of the Tender Assignment.
3. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
