The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru .

2. Internet conferences with applicants (Google Meet).
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.
2. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, price, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is mandatory! In the "Qualification information" table, it is strictly necessary to select /fill in the values from those proposed in parentheses (...).
It is PROHIBITED in the technical and commercial proposal (!!!) change values in all cells except green ones!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled in Excel format – necessarily filled in (it is not necessary to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. To do this, you need:
print the completed offer in A4 format.
certify the technical and commercial proposal, necessarily indicating the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
Scan the certified file (A4 format).
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 18:00 on 30.03.2023.
Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application on the site of the electronic bidding center "b2b". Link to the site – https://www.b2b-center.ru / .
Attention!
All contractors of LLC "Mayak" must have a permit to work with GC Mayak.
To do this, you must be accredited on the PEAK Comfort website by following the link: https://tender.pik-comfort.ru/accreditation/user .
*Accreditation is a parallel process, and the decision of the Security Department is needed by the time the winner of the tender is selected.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
