Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a System Participant.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, as well as a reduction factor.
3) This request for proposals (prices) is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a procurement at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
4) If the contractor takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude an agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Kordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to provide services on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) The list of tender documentation is indicated in the Application (attached)
6) The choice of the winner is made on the basis of criteria-based evaluation of proposals
7) If the winner for any reason refuses to supply, the customer has the right to conclude an agreement with the second priority participant (according to the criterion assessment).
