Payment terms:Payment will be done through 100% payment within 20 working days from the date of delivery of the ordered circulations (i.e. upon delivery of the circulation)
Delivery terms:Warranty and service obligations • packaging draws strength and supplier's expense (in corrugated cartons, each box is pasted label indicating the order number, total circulation, printing units per box, name of product, the name of the customer). the supplier is responsible for product quality. In case of delivery of defective/defective products, supplier shall on their own and at their own expense deliver her again in the shortest possible time. for violation of terms of manufacture and delivery of ordered circulation «OTP Bank» JSC has the discretion to apply penalties in the amount of 0.3% of the value of the undelivered goods in time for each day of delay, or in case of delayed delivery of ordered circulation of more than 10 working days-to unilaterally renounce its acceptance and payment.

4. Requirements for bidders

• to tender allowed typography or advertising-production company/complexes (PKK) geographically located in Moscow, and MO, possessing its own or zakontraktovannym (taken for rent with own staff people) the production of badges and textiles; • required work experience in a relevant area of not less than 5 years; • work experience with large (including international, preferably with banks) enterprise customers of such products (badges and scarves) in comparable circulation; • guaranteed readiness to produce print runs of headscarves for 3 weeks from the moment of placing the order. • be sure to free the pilot sample products on the layout of the Bank, as well as samples of the proposed related articles (if applicable). direct current contracts with the suppliers of raw materials (preforms, fabrics). presence of own or contracted maturity (hired with its own staff people) production base, equipped with equipment • presence of own or leased storage space; • availability of qualified staff (in the State); • possession of the necessary material resources. the absence of outstanding obligations to third parties. the absence of prosecutions brought and nesnjatyh convictions against executives.
