Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that your commercial proposal (offer) must contain the following essential conditions:
• service cost
• period and terms of rendering services
• terms and conditions of payment for services

The offer (offer) must be valid for at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, the application of the technical description is required.

A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a price offer signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization.
The organization, recognized as the winner of the procedure, must conclude a supply agreement with LLC "SOLNTSEVSKY UGOLNY RAREZ"

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
