Ranking of bids

Mandatory conditions:
1. Agreement with the customer's terms
2. Payment terms - 100% within 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of KS-2, KS-3 / acts of completion
3. The warranty for the work performed, the installed equipment and the materials used is at least 24 months.
The calculation of the warranty period begins from the moment the Customer accepts the entire scope of work under the contract, and eliminates the comments of the Working Commission.
4. Mobilization (January-February 2022) and construction and installation work
5. Mandatory SRO application
6. Mandatory application Electrical laboratory licenses
7. Consent with Appendix No. 2 to the TK (types and volumes of work)
8. Price formation procedure. Confirm that the fixed cost of the work takes into account all the contractor's costs associated with the execution of the work, including storage and procurement costs.
9. Confirm that the cost calculation takes into account all related work, according to the technological process and design solutions in accordance with the TOR.
10. Experience in performing construction and installation work at similar facilities (attach a reference list)

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
