The subscription fee is paid for each object, when conducting maintenance on it with the provision of acts of service, once in 3 months
Work carried out in a dangerous manner and unscheduled repairs (upon request) are paid separately, within 10 banking days, the harmonized advance estimates and provided the closing documents to the presence service act on works.

you are invited to participate in the request for proposals No. 1053240 on the selection of the contractor for maintenance and repair of gates, roller shutters, automatic doors and dock equipment in GM TCF carousel Central Branch "company X 5 Retail Group (30 GM). Stage # 2.

By the request for proposals is not a Competition (tendering form) provided art. 447-449 CC of the RF. By Competition is a request for proposal (solicitation of offer).

The procedure and conditions of participation

Request for proposals will take the form of electronic auctions (online auction) according to application-specific specifications (annex 1) in conformity with the technical specifications.

Participation in this procedure is gratuitous.

Request for proposals will be held up to 06.07.2018 14:00 09.07.2018 (Moscow time) with possible extensions upon completion of basic time.

Requirement for participation is attaching to b2b-center.ru a final proposal on the outcome of the request for proposals (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization): prices for each lot in rubles without VAT 18%.

To participate in this stage you will need to download the ENTIRE LIST of DOCUMENTS on the ELECTRONIC b2b-center.ru:
ü regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization (annex 2);
ü questionnaire-qualification requirements (annex No. 3 solicitation documents) in electronic format, Excel and PDF (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization);
ü card counterparty (annex No. 4 of solicitation documents) in electronic format, Excel;
ü a letter of consent with the technical specifications and willingness to sign a standard form contract (free-form on the letterhead of the Organization);
ü a consent letter with rules, maintenance of equipment (in free-form on the letterhead of the Organization).
Adjustment of the forms of solicitation documents (adding/deleting rows, change language) Participants are not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to conduct peretorzhki.

Documents are provided in the following form: scans documents in pdf format, file name, date (date should reflect the day of signing the (registration) of the document). One file must contain one document!
