The subscription fee is paid for each object, when carrying out maintenance on it with the provision of acts of service, once in 3 months
Work carried out in an emergency order and unscheduled repairs (on request) are paid for separately, within 10 banking days, according to an estimate agreed in advance and provided closing documents with the presence of a service certificate of the work performed.

We invite you to participate in the Request for Proposals for the selection of a contractor for the maintenance and repair of gates, roller shutters, automatic doors and handling equipment at the GM FTS Karusel Central Branch of the X5 Retail Group

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for in Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contest being held is a Request for Proposals (invitation to make offers).

Terms and conditions of participation

The request for proposals will be conducted in the form of electronic trading (online auction) according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

The venue of the procedure - SET b2b-center.ru.
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

Request for proposals will be held on 07/18/2019 to 12:00 07/24/2019 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of normal time

A mandatory condition for participation is the attachment on b2b-center.ru of the final proposal on the basis of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the organization) indicating: prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT 18%.

ü regulations, certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2);
ü completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the organization);
ü counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in Excel electronic format;
ü letter - acceptance of the terms of reference of the terms of reference and readiness to sign the standard form of the contract (in free form on the company's letterhead).
Adjustment of the Tender Documentation Forms (adding / deleting lines, changing wording) Participants are not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to conduct rebidding.
