Comments: The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru.
2. Google Meet conference calls with bidders.
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.
Initial participation in tendering procedures on the website www.b2b-center.ru is possible with promo codes (FREE).
To receive a promo code, it is necessary to send a request for a promo code to the mail of the organizer of the tender (Komissarov Nadezhda - komissarovank@pik-comfort.ru), which contains the name of the company and TIN.
A request for a promo code is possible only after registration on the e-marketplace B2B-Center. Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the advance registration on the B2B-Center ETP.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay the subscription fee in accordance with the selected tariff on the B2B-Center ETP.
4. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER:
In the technical and commercial proposal, you must fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, cost per unit, delivery time, qualification information, etc.
The table "Qualification information" is required! In the table "Qualification information", you must strictly select / fill in the values from those proposed in brackets (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal it is FORBIDDEN (!!!) to change the values in all cells, except for the green ones!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Completed "Excel" format - must be completed (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. This requires:
¾ print out the completed offer in A4 format, so that the prices are visible.
¾ to certify the technical and commercial offer, be sure to indicate the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
¾ scan a certified file (A4 format).
3. Please attach a card with company details to the TCH
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 09:00 on December 28, 2020.
Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application on the site of the electronic trading center "b2b". Link to the site - https://www.b2b-center.ru/.

All contractors of Mayak LLC must have permission to work with the Mayak Group of Companies.
To do this, you must be accredited on the PIK-Comfort website by following the link: https://tender.pik-comfort.ru/accreditation/user.

Accreditation is a parallel process to applying for a tender, but MANDATORY. The decision of the Security Department is needed by the time the winner of the tender is selected.
