Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Note:
Order and conditions of payment-in accordance with the terms specified in the description (name) of lots.
1. Lot-Advance not more than 30%,
- Window calculation within 10 bank. Days Since the signing of the acts. (Interest once a month)
2. Lot-Advance no more than 30%,
- Closing Date. Calculation not earlier than 60, but not later than 70 calendar days. From the moment of signing of the Acts (percentage once a month)
3 Lot-1. BG No;
2. No advance payment;
3. The final calculation under this Agreement shall be made by the customer within 10 banking days from the moment of signing by both parties of the Act on acceptance of executed works on the form of KS-2 in the context of inventory objects, the reference on the cost of performed works on form of the COP-3, the Act of reconciliation of settlements and the invoice. (Percent twice a month)

The warranty period for the performed works is not less than 3 years. Calculated from the moment of delivery of the object to the warranty operation

The period of production of works-no more than 90 calendar days, subject to 24 hours operation of the facility, without interruption of operational activities.
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer.
