4. INFORMATION ON FILLING OUT AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the cells highlighted in green: company name, cost per unit, work completion period, qualification information, etc..
The table "Qualification information" is mandatory! In the "Qualification data" table, you need to strictly select/fill in the values from the ones offered in parentheses (...).
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is FORBIDDEN ( !!!) to change the values in all cells except green!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled in Excel format - must be filled in (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scanned in pdf format. To do this, you need:
¾ print the completed offer in A4 format, so that the prices are visible.
¾ to certify the technical and commercial proposal, be sure to indicate the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
¾ scan the certified file (A4 format).
3. We ask you to attach a card with the details of the company to the TAP
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 15:00 on December 02, 2021.
