Payment terms:Terms of payment:
1) Advance payments are made only to Contractors who have passed basic accreditation with the Customer and have received a positive opinion on financial stability. Otherwise, no advance payment is made.
2) The amount of advance payment is not more than 30% of the total estimated cost and not more than the total cost of materials included in the estimate.
3) If the amount of the advance payment is 5 million rubles. and more, then the conditions described in clauses 14.9-14.11 of the draft work contract apply (see. Adj. 7 to the Procurement Notice) when the Contractor provides a bank guarantee to ensure the fulfillment of obligations to return the prepayment (advance).
4) If the term for the construction work is more than 60 calendar days, then payment for the work performed is carried out in stages with a deferral period agreed upon according to the results of the procurement procedure, from the date of signing KS-2, KS-3 on the actually completed work without comments from the Customer.
5) Customer's terms of payment deferral - 90 calendar days.
Other conditions for deferred payment are subject to bargaining during the rebidding period due to the improvement of other conditions (prices, terms of work, if the terms are set by the Customer in the Terms of Reference).
