Payment terms:Payment shall be made after signing of acts of performed works in the form of KS-2, KS-3 and providing a set of executive documentation within 30 calendar days.

Advance — is issued only for the purchase of materials and not more than 30% of the contract price, provided the Contractor submits a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance
Delivery terms:Start of work and completion — determined by the results of the bid for the best offer.

Scope of work — according to the Working documentation (Annex 1 to the Tender Notice)

Comments:
The Participant shall attach a Local Estimates (in the form of Ecxel and Grand-Estimates) to the Commercial Offer.
Without the LSR, the commercial offer is not considered.

Calculation of the estimated cost of works should be carried out on the basis of federal collections for construction, special construction, installation works FER-2017 year (with Izm.1-4), on the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Construction Russia from 30.12.2016 №1039/pr., or more actual edition (at the time of approval of the estimates).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
