Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is given in the cover letter (Appendix).
2. Proposals will not be accepted without loaded documentation: a commercial application filled out with a bill of quantities.
3. Contract awarding criteria: the presence of its own fleet of equipment, the availability of necessary documents for the conduct of construction activities. quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the tender.
