Payment terms:Payment terms — within 60 calendar days after signing of the Acts (KS-2, KS-3).
(Advance may not exceed 30% of the price of the contract for the purchase of materials (the purchase of which is carried out by the Contractor), in the case of a reduction in the cost relative to the payment on the fact.)
Delivery terms:Scope of work, requirements for performance of works are presented in the Technical specification, Working documentation (Appendix 1, Appendix 1.1, to the Notice of tender).

The Participant shall attach a scanned copy of the Terms of Reference for which the offer is submitted, with the seal and the signature "I have read and agree with the terms and requirements".

According to this Procurement procedure the options are considered and the results of the tender decision is made: selection of contractors for each type of work or selection of a single contractor for the specified work.
In the documents it is necessary to specify which lot documents are submitted.
