Selection of contractor (s) to provide diesel locomotives in series: TEM-7, TEM 14 (or power analogues: 2TE10, 2M62, 2TE116, TEZZA, TE8, etc.) with locomotive crew for the production of finished products and the delivery of empty wagons on the non-use railway routes of Pechersk Mining Company LLC and Siberian Anthracite JSC. Term of contract from 3-5 years.

Services are provided at the facilities:
- Railway way of non-public use of LLC "Pechersk mining Company". Vostochnaya station (NSO, the track is adjacent to the Evsino railway station of JSC "Russian Railways"),
- Railway track of non-public use of JSC "Siberian Anthracite". Kolyvanskaya station (NSO, the path is adjacent to the Linevo railway station of JSC "Russian Railways").
The finished products are exported from the Kolyvanskaya station to the Vostochnaya station.
Approximate volume:
The maximum loaded weight of a train of 71 cars will not exceed 7,000 tons.
Approximate mode of transportation in the calendar:
From 07.2021 to 12.2021 - with a load from 7.0 to 10.0 million tons / year
From 01.2022 to 12.2023 - with a load from 10.0 to 14.0 million tons / year
From 01.01.2024 – with a load of more than 14.0 million tons / year
