Comments:
We report on the planned procurement procedure:
"Selecting a contractor (s) to provide diesel locomotives in series: TEM-7, TEM 14 (or power analogues: 2TE10, 2M62, 2TE116, TEZZA, TE8, etc.) with a locomotive crew for the removal of finished products and the delivery of empty wagons on the non-use railway routes of Pechersk Mining Company LLC and Siberian Anthracit JSC. Term of contract from 3-5 years."
The procedure will be conducted in an open form. The information on the open procurement procedure (procedure number on B2B) will be published here or a notification will be sent to the email address you specified.

Services are provided at:
- The railway way of unshared use of Pechersk Mining Company LLC. Vostochne Station (NSO, the track is adjacent to Yevsino Railway Station),
- Siberian Anthracite JSC's non-shared railway way. Kolyvanskaya Station (NSO, the track is adjacent to Linevo railway station, JSC "RZD").
Finished products are taken from Kolyvanskaya Station to Vostochnaya Station.

Tentative volume:
The maximum load weight of the 71 wagons will be no more than 7,000 tons.
Estimated calendar transport mode:
From 07.2021 to 12.2021 g — with a load of 7.0 to 10.0 million ton/year
From 01.2022 to 12.2023 g — with a load of 10.0 to 14.0 million ton/year
From 01.01.2024 — with a load of more than 14.0 million ton/year
