Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The procedure for submitting an offer:
Due to the close territorial location of the Customers, in this procedure a single price offer is submitted for both Terms of Reference (for JSC Siberian Anthracite and for LLC Vostochny Open-Pit Mine).
Based on the results of the procedure, the Organizer of the procedure has the following solutions:
1. Determination of the winner (s) to conclude a contract for the carriage of a specific Customer,
Or
2. Determination of the winner (s) for concluding a contract for transportation for both Customers (with the conclusion of the contract by each Customer separately).

Participants who do not have the resources to perform transportation in the amount specified in the Terms of Reference may submit an offer for a volume that can be guaranteed to be accepted for implementation.

Participants who do not have the resources to start transportation on the indicated dates may submit proposals with a different deadline. Such offers will be considered by the Customer separately.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
