The tender is held in 3 stages:
1. Collection of technical and commercial proposals on the website www.b2b-center.ru and providing product samples to the Customer.
2. Conferencing calls with applicants (conf call).
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.
Initial participation in the tender procedures on www.b2b-center.ru is possible with promotional codes (FREE).
A promo code can be requested only after registering on the B2B-Center ETP. Therefore, we draw your attention to the advance registration on the B2B-Center ETP.
To receive a promo code, you must write a request to the email: averjanovaaa@pik-comfort.ru indicating the name of the tender, the company name and the company's TIN.
In the future, it will be necessary to pay the subscription fee according to the selected tariff on the B2B-Center ETP.
4. INFORMATION ON FILLING IN AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER:
In the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to fill in all the boxes highlighted in green: company name, qualification information, etc.
The "Qualification Information" table is mandatory!
In the "Qualification Details" table, you must strictly select/fill in the values from the ones in parentheses (...).
The technical and commercial offer is PROHIBITED (!!!) change values in all cells except green!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. The completed Excel format is mandatory (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format.
Technical and commercial proposals must be attached to the application on the site of the electronic trading center "b2b".
Attention!
All counterparties of Mayak LLC must have permission to work with Mayak Group of Companies.

Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
