We invite you to take part in the Request for Proposals "Choosing a contractor for the supply of cabinets with electronic locks in the "Ready food"


The request for proposals is not a Tender (tender form) provided for in Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contest being held is a Request for Proposals (an invitation to make offers).

The procedure and conditions for participation

The request for proposals will be carried out according to the Bid-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Technical Specification.

The place of the procedure is set b2b-center.ru.
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The request for proposals will take place on 12/01/2021 until 3:00 PM Dec 8, 2021 (UTC), with no possible extension after the end of regular time.

A prerequisite for participation is the attachment of the final proposal to b2b-center.ru following the results of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) with indication: prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT.
Offers from participants who have not confirmed their bids (email Ole.Kalinina@x5.ru) within three hours will not be accepted for consideration. Must match bets placed on b2b-center.ru.

When submitting the price, the Participant must attach:
ü regulations certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2) by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü completed questionnaire - Qualification requirements (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by downloading documents on the ETP;
ü the counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading documents to the ETP;
ü letter — agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to sign the standard form of the contract (in free form on the company's letterhead) by uploading documents to the ETP;

Adjustment of the forms of the Tender Documentation (adding/deleting lines, changing wording) by the Participants is not allowed.

Attention! Sample submission period: no more than 20 working days from the date of completion of the first stage of the request for proposals.
Sample testing period: no more than 15 working days from the date of expiration of the sample submission period

The organizer reserves the right to conduct a reauction.

We draw your attention! If missing documents are found, the submitted proposal will not be accepted for consideration!
