Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer provided that the invoice is received from the Supplier duly executed in the name of the Buyer for payment. The Buyer pays in the amount of 100%, from the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the moment of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance-transfer (Act of fulfillment of services, works) or other Document confirming delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:Agreement is concluded for 12 months. The Actual volume will be indicated in the application. The price is Traded with the planned list of works. In the store address attachment, as well as the FIXED cost of materials.
